Expert Edge Properties L.L.C is an independent real estate brokerage acting as a broker for residential developments by Nakheel and other Dubai developers. This website is not the official website of Nakheel PJSC or Dubai Holding, and we are not the developer of any project featured here. When you purchase through our agency, you transact directly with the developer at the original developer price; our service carries no agency fee for buyers, as we are compensated by the developer.

02Informational purposes only

All content — project details, prices, payment plans, floor plans, areas, handover dates, renders and availability — is provided for general information only and is based on information supplied by the developer. It does not constitute an offer, contract, or investment, financial or legal advice. Final terms are those in the developer's Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
